At AK Aadi Kailash Destinations, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any booking or purchasing a membership.
1. Tour Package Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation date and the supplier’s policy.
- Any non-refundable charges imposed by hotels, airlines, or other service providers will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Membership Cancellation
- Membership cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the membership agreement signed at the time of purchase.
- Processing charges or administrative fees may apply where applicable.
- Once membership benefits have been used or activated, refunds may not be available unless stated in the agreement.
3. Hotel Bookings
- Hotel cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel or resort.
- Some bookings may be fully refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depending on the booking conditions.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
5. EMI Transactions
- Refunds for bookings made through EMI are subject to the policies of the respective bank or financial institution.
- Any applicable bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

AK Aadi Kailash Destinations shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, weather conditions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.
